October 28. This joint exhibit with Robin Kent brings together two "women of a certain age"... with the unique artistic voices and sense of humor and whimsy that only comes from maturity, perspective and insight into our own realities.
We both use common materials in uncommon ways -- me with fabric and thread, Robin with wood and paint. We express representational, but not literal, images of recognizable objects and see life from the lighter side.
We're exhibiting all new artwork, and I'm introducing new 3-dimensional pieces to complement my 2-dimensional work.
The Brandon Artists Guild is open every day from 10 - 5.

Art in the Snow Winter Weekend Celebration of the Arts!
Brandon's annual Art in the Snow celebration on the fourth weekends of January, February and March (in 2010 that's Jan. 23-24, Feb. 27-28, Mar. 27-28) was named a top ten Winter event last year by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
Brandon's artists, merchants, restaurants and inns will be opening their doors for a town-wide celebration
